Fish with Mediterranean Salsa-1200

Sauté or Grill fillet of Salmon or Tuna, seasoned with salt and pepper, and rubbed with olive oil. Top with chopped medium tomato, clove of garlic minced, olives chopped (I like Kalamata), leaves basil chopped (optional), . balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with whole wheat pasta tossed with pesto, and Parmesan and steamed or raw zucchini.

Weight Loss Diet
Chef Jeff and Tamra Hammett, R.D, developed the weight loss diet to be an interactive and fun way to lose weight. You have all the tools, support, and options for you to succeed, and fit your lifestyle .
When we created the weight loss diet these principals guided us:
  • A diet rich in whole grains and healthy carbohydrates, lean protein, and good fats.
  • A wide variety of menu options from around the globe to keep things interesting
  • Easy recipes with few ingredients
  • Lunch items you could make ahead and bring to work with you if needed
  • The food had to taste great so you didn't feel like you were on a diet

When you become a member, you will have the choice of following one of three-calorie controlled plans. We will give you more information about the diet meal plans, and recommend what calorie level you should follow.

There are two different suggested weekly menus for each calorie plan, and we give you the option of swapping out meals that either do not sound good to you, or do not fit your lifestyle, with other meals that do.

This is a complete custom plan where you can save your weekly plan according to your needs, and we continually add new recipes to keep things interesting.
