Quinoa Stuffing

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the onions, celery, and cranberries in the oil in a skillet until soft. Mix the quinoa, bread, mixture from the skillet, broth, egg, seasoning, and chopped pecans. Place in a baking pan, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
