Can I switch my menu pan to another one?
Sure! There could be could be a bunch of different reasons why you would want to switch-maybe you have reached your target on the weight loss diet, and want to transition over to the Healthy Family Dinners plan or the My Diabetes plan. Just email us at help@mydietchef.com, and we will set that up for you.

Are you using the right password? You can have it sent to you by clicking the forgot your password? link on the home page. Are you logging in to the right Menu Plan?
How do I buy a gift certificate?
It's easy, and a great gift to give someone, where they can activate it immediately. Just follow the instructions on the Gifts page, write a personal note to the recipient, and Voila! Your done. It's a great way to show a loved one you not only care about them, but also their health!
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
You will have instructions, and a code to login to your account with your gift certificate. You can email us at help@mydietchef.com if you are having problems, or have questions about your new menu plan.
What day are my weekly recipes sent to me?
We send out your newsletter each Thursday with a link to your recipes. We find this gives you plenty of time to shop over the weekend and makes the coming week a snap!
Are the recipes plain or fancy?

A little of both, Jeff is a chef (yes, he knows that rhymes) and loves to get creative, but when given the choice, he always chooses the restaurant with a local following for their homemade food rather than the trendy restaurant. When writing the recipes, he tries to have a good mix of interesting new recipes you wouldn't normally try, and all-time favorites that he has rewritten to be suitable for your Menu Plan.
Jeff's goal for all of the recipes is:

1. Easy to make with easy to find ingredients
2. Not that many ingredients
3. Doesn't take a lot of time to prepare
4. Suitable for your diet, but taste's so good, you wouldn't know
