Spicy Orange Chicken Stir Fry

Put the cornstarch in a cup or small bowl and add the orange juice, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce and set aside. Heat skillet over high heat and add canola oil and sliced chicken. Cook for a few minutes, then add vegetables and cook for another minute. Add the sauce and cook for another minute or two until thickened. Stir in the Mandarin Oranges.
